The rectangular case with distinctive hooded lugs rises like protective shoulders around the crystal. Snap-back caseback. The dial has aged into an even speckled ivory patina, with applied baton markers, pyramids at 3 and 6, an Arabic 12, and a small seconds sub-register at 6 o'clock. A layout conceived for doctors timing pulses.
