Shipping policy
HIGHENDTIME.COM does not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders received after 2 pm between Mondays and Fridays will be processed on the next working day. All orders received after 2 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING ORDERS
Orders may take up to 10 full business days to be processed and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. All orders below USD 100 000 are shipped with our insured courier partners. Orders above USD 100 000 are shipped through specialist insured shipping providers that handle shipping for high value goods and the jewellery industry.
For other international destinations, we have always worked with specialised carriers. All shipments are insured, secured and sent 24 hours after the receipt of your payment.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your package.
This tracking number can only be used within our courier partner tracking systems, and HighendTime.com does not have a proprietary tracking system.
SHIPPING ISSUES
All shipments are sent fully insured, via FedEx, UPS, or the USPS. If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
