Our panel of collectors and watchmakers carefully source and meticulously authenticate each timepiece before it is listed for sale on our platform.

Our offices are based in Hong Kong which has long been considered one of the world’s watch collecting capitals.

We would welcome your visit and are happy to accept pick-ups in person as well.

Your satisfaction and trust is of the highest importance to us and we stand by the quality of all of our watches. If anything goes wrong, we will try to remedy the situation in a timely manner and to the best of our ability. 

All our pre-owned watches have undergone a comprehensive inspection to ensure that they meet our high standards for condition and functionality and unless stated otherwise, are covered by a 3 month warranty. 

This warranty excludes any damage sustained due to improper use or accident. Due to their age, some pre-owned and vintage watches should not be subjected to the same conditions as when new and water resistance cannot be guaranteed.

Any watch which has been serviced by its respective manufacturer, will carry the manufacturer’s servicing guarantee.

This is separate and supersedes the standard warranty offered by us.

Shipping & Returns

We offer fully insured, complimentary shipping worldwide. Please note that local import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer complimentary worldwide delivery on our watches. If ordering from overseas, delivery will depend on the value of the timepiece and the destination. All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

If ordering from HK before 1 PM, your watch will be sent the same working day and will be delivered on the next working day.

All orders below USD 100 000 are shipped using our insured courier partners. For orders above USD 100 000, we use specialised services used by the jewellery industry for shipping high-value products.

You can cancel or return your order without giving any reason, within 7 days from the day the watch has been ordered. Please contact us at service@highendtime.com to begin the returns process.

All watches must be returned in their original condition with all packaging.

For any watches that have been worn, a 5% restocking fee will apply. All customs charges and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Auction listings and consigned products are not returnable.

We aim to offer you an unrivalled customer experience backed by our well-built reputation. We want this to be a pleasurable frictionless experience for you.

At this time, we are only able to accept payment by Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, through the online checkout process.

For orders above a certain threshhold that is independently set and adjusted periodically, only bank wire transfers will be accepted.
