With a unique shaped case, reminiscent of a ship-wheel, adorned with cobalt blue enamel, removable gold lugs and hallmarks cut as sharply as if they were applied yesterday; this is probably the rarest Cartier Helm, or as the French call it, Gouvernail, in the world.
